This charming three bedroom, two bath beach cottage on the east side of St. George Island is a short walk to the beach and to local restaurants, local bars and shopping (2 to 6 block walk).

The Beachy Pool has a private pool, gas grill and a screened in porch with a picnic table where you can enjoy dinner and watch the sunset together.

This is a single-story home also has a ramp entrance for easy access for both the young and old and has a 70-foot driveway where you can park your boat or RV. The Beachy Pool was built before the bridge to the mainland and shows how island living can be.

*We strongly recommend the purchase of trip insurance with trip interruption rider when booking this property. Keep in mind that June 1st through November 30th is hurricane season and in the event of a hurricane evacuation you will have peace of mind knowing your vacation is covered.

Cancellation Policy: Eighty percent (80.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
